Lower Deer Valley and Old Town Communities

At the lowest point of the Deer Valley ski resort is an area that contains a large inventory of ski condominiums below the resort and the Snow Park Lodge. This area is also the most popular area for accessing the Park City resort by Deer Valley Drive.
Real estate here can offer excellent access to the resort by a short walk or ride on one of the many conveniently located bus stops throughout the area. You are a close drive to the popular Main Street area in Old Townfor shopping and restaurants. Condominiums dominate much of the site, but you can also find single-family homes in the Solamere and Aerie areas.
