Known for its mostly large parcels of land, Silver Creek has become the destination in Park City for people who want a lot of land to work with. The large acreage homes have become a favorite for those who raise, breed or just enjoy horses. 

Silver Creek is very evocative of old time Park City. The communities here enjoy lots of unspoiled land that harkens back to a time before city life become so engulfing. But you won’t have to buy a huge ranch if you want to enjoy all that this community on the outskirts of Park City has to offer. Lot sizes typically range between half an acre to 30 acres or more. 

But Silver Creek is not without its amenities. Nearby you can enjoy a modern fitness experience at the Fieldhouse: a gym with the latest equipment, activities for folks of all ages and lots of fitness programs to enroll yourself and your kids into. 

Silver Creek is also positioned nicely between Park City and Salt Lake City. So while you may feel like you are worlds away from urban convenience, you are never really more than a short drive away from it.
