Just off of highway 40 you will find the neighborhood pf Prospector. Prospector is known for it’s convenient location and proximity to amenities. Not only does it offer quick access to highway 40, but it also boasts an efficient city bus line that quickly and conveniently shuttle residents to the ski resorts that surround Prospector or to historic Main Street.
The Prospector neighborhood is a hub with quick access to shopping, restaurants, gyms and local businesses. The Silver Mountain Sports Club offers a variety of fitness classes in a sleek, modern gym from which you can catch beautiful views of the mountainside. It also features a spa and salon for when you just want to pamper yourself.
Prospector is also home to the Lost Prospector Loop which offers 7.2 miles of walking, running, hiking or biking trail. It is situated in the lower elevation of the area at a max elevation of just 7,100 feet which means that it is cleared of snow sooner than other portions of the mountain.
Prospector is also a great place to raise a family. It is quiet, safe and lies within one of the best school districts in the state: the Park City School District.
