Together, Ashley and Tyler Archibald have been key players in the building, buying, and selling of many homes and related properties. Both got their real estate licenses right out of college and have been active in the field ever since. They have resided and worked in several ski resort communities in the Rocky Mountain Region—and now call Park City, Utah, home.

Specializing in residential and vacation homes, Ashley and Tyler also have extensive experience with properties anchored in skiing, golfing, and ranch properties. Both have worked at high-end ski resorts in the West and have developed a deep understanding of the region’s culture and, most especially, the realities of premier resort real estate markets.

In the past year, they’ve handled over 40 transactions that represent $60 million in sales. They are regularly in the running for recognition by their peers, like the Berkshire Hathaway Leading Edge Society Award and the President’s Circle.

They dedicate a percentage of all profits to a range of community organizations that support youth services and the protection of the natural environment in Utah. Ashley and Tyler understand how important it is to feel part of a community and are dedicated to helping their clients find that for themselves.
